Terms and Conditions — AR999Game Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ar999game ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all use of the ar999game website, mobile applications and all associated gaming services. The ar999game platform is operated for the benefit of Pakistani players and all services are offered in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By registering an account on ar999game, depositing funds, accessing any game or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ar999game platform.

ar999game reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered mobile number or email address. Continued use of ar999game following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and use the ar999game platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ar999game strictly prohibits the use of its services by anyone under 18. If we have reason to believe a player is underage, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance and conduct an age verification review.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your responsibility to check the laws applicable to you before using ar999game.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party, company or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested by ar999game.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor or family member of an ar999game employee where such a connection could represent a conflict of interest.

ar999game reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe stated in the request may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

3. Account Rules and Player Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one active account on ar999game at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. If ar999game identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited and withdrawals withheld pending investigation. In cases of intentional duplicate account creation to exploit bonuses, ar999game may take further action including permanent account closure and recovery of any fraudulently obtained funds.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your ar999game account while logged in under your credentials. All bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested from your logged-in session are your responsibility regardless of whether you personally initiated each transaction.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

ar999game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following locally supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 regardless of payment method. ar999game does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or shared accounts are prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your ar999game wallet in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• ar999game does not charge any fee for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges which are separate from and beyond the control of ar999game.
• Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited, it cannot be reversed. If you believe a deposit has not been credited correctly, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available funds from their ar999game wallet at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash under standard conditions. VIP members receive priority processing with Elite-tier withdrawals targeting 10-minute completion.
• You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. ar999game will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• ar999game reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML measure, not a penalty. Providing verification documents promptly will ensure your withdrawal is processed without avoidable delay.
• If your account holds active bonus funds that carry a wagering requirement, only the portion of your balance that represents real money (not active bonus funds) can be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• ar999game does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party payment processors may apply their own charges independently.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and the VIP Club

ar999game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players including welcome bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP Club tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms take precedence for that bonus only.

The ar999game VIP Club operates on an automatic point-based tier system. VIP benefits including faster withdrawals, enhanced cashback, monthly bonuses and personal account managers are applied at each tier. VIP benefits are a privilege, not a contractual right, and ar999game reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds or benefit values with reasonable notice.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on ar999game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by a third-party auditor. The RNG ensures that every game outcome is genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated or influenced by ar999game, game providers or players. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are mathematically accurate over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — such as a disconnection, server error or software bug that prevents a game round from completing — ar999game will review the incomplete round. Bets placed during a round that cannot be resolved fairly will be voided and the original stake returned to the player's wallet.
• ar999game reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that resulted from a manifest error — an obvious mistake in the game, odds display or platform that is so clear that a reasonable player would have recognised it as an error. No player has a legitimate expectation to profit from a manifest error.
• Players must play by the rules of each specific game. Using any software, automated tools, bots or external devices to gain an unfair advantage in any game on ar999game is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar999game platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and, where applicable, permanent account closure with forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on ar999game, whether under the same identity or different identities
• Using another person's identity, stolen payment information or fraudulent documents during registration or verification
• Attempting to launder money or use ar999game for any financial crime including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or terrorist financing
• Using automated scripts, bots, macros or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Systematic exploitation of bonus programmes through coordinated play, chip dumping, or any strategy designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than engage in legitimate recreational gaming
• Sharing, selling or transferring your ar999game account to any third party
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with ar999game's platform, servers or software

9. Account Suspension and Closure

ar999game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe; or where ar999game is legally required to do so.

When an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes in your favour, suspended withdrawals will be processed promptly. If a Terms violation is confirmed, ar999game may withhold any funds associated with prohibited activity.

Players may voluntarily close their ar999game account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine cash balance (not subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be paid out to the player's registered payment method before the account is closed. Requests for account closure under self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons are processed as a priority.

10. Responsible Gaming

ar999game is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. • Session duration reminders — receive notifications when you have been logged in for a specified period
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months)
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account with no option to reopen it
• Account activity reports — review your full gaming history, deposits, withdrawals and net results

12. Limitation of Liability

ar999game provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical issues or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

ar999game's liability to any player is limited to the return of any genuine cash balance held in the player's wallet at the time of a platform error. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses including but not limited to: loss of profits from a bet that could not be placed due to a technical error; winnings claimed from a manifest error; or psychological or financial harm arising from continued play.

13. Changes to These Terms

ar999game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, registered players will be notified via SMS to their registered mobile number or via a notification when they next log in to the platform. The updated Terms will be available on this page with the effective date shown at the top of the document.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using ar999game and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full.
